Ardor Atelier by Pavlo Samoshko is a private fine dining experience focused on botanical ingredients, Nordic seasonality, fermentation, fire, smoke, and molecular precision. The service is based in Stockholm and available for selected private dinners and intimate celebrations across Sweden.

Seasonal concept

The current concept, Forest, Fire & Fermentation, is inspired by Nordic forests, berries, mushrooms, smoke, acidity, salt, and quiet theatricality. The menu is fully plant-based and designed as a tasting journey rather than standard catering.

Alcohol-free pairings

Pairings are built with rare teas, wild ferments, house-made infusions, Nordic botanicals, and non-alcoholic drinks that mirror the structure and complexity of wine pairings.
