Project images may be used by Ardor unless confidentiality or another agreement applies.

Marketing measurement tools load only after visitor consent.

After delivery, inspection, acceptance, and documented handover, responsibility for handling, storage, movement, heat exposure, or display conditions transfers to the client or venue.

Ardor remains responsible for production defects or spoilage attributable to Ardor.
